• Returning user—enter your previously created password. Passwords are not reset.
• First time user or never registered on the site—enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number as the password. You will be asked to change your password.

If you have forgotten your previously created password or are having trouble logging in, please click on the "Forgot Password" link to reset it. After three failed login attempts, your account will be locked and can only be unlocked by contacting Pilot Benefits Administration. To avoid a locked account, reset your password first then login.
